Gallagher Guitar Music Fest (Gallagher Fest) came from the imaginations of a handful of toe-tapping music lovers in the Middle Tennessee area. Bringing bluegrass back to the ‘Boro is the main focus, but bringing the community together for contests, local vendors, and local artists is a welcome bonus.
